Refunds & Cancellations:

Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the immediate access nature of digital goods (such as guides, templates, or workbooks), all sales are final. If you experience an issue accessing your purchase, please email soren@wondervinestudios.com within 7 days, and support will be provided.

Client Projects & Services:

For brand strategy, copywriting, or design projects:

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking.
Remaining balances are due according to your signed project agreement.
Cancellations before project start date may be partially refunded at Wondervine’s discretion.

This policy exists to honor both your investment and the time, preparation, and energy dedicated to your project.
