The chakra system has been used for thousands of years to describe how energy moves through a living body. Neurosomatic Intelligence describes how the nervous system encodes experience as physical patterns that govern behavior outside of conscious awareness.
These are not competing frameworks. They are the same phenomenon described at different levels of resolution. A destabilized root chakra and a compromised vestibular system are two languages for one experience: the body registering that the ground is not solid.

Phase name: Root
Before strategy, before messaging, the Root phase asks what is already running underneath all of it. Survival architecture. Somatic patterns. The energetic foundations that every capacity above them rests on.
Phase name: Crown
The Crown phase is where the internal work becomes visible. Sustained presence, revenue systems, embodied leadership, and expansion that does not collapse back into familiar smallness.
Phase name: Stem
Once the foundation is examined and stabilized, the Stem phase builds the architecture of how your business communicates, what it offers, and how it grows — from a foundation that has been examined rather than assumed.

Decades of research across neuroscience, trauma therapy, and somatic psychology have mapped how those patterns govern behavior. Including every business decision a founder makes. The work behind this framework started long before the business curriculum did. Years in plant medicine, formal training in the human energy body, a technical systems background, and NSI certification — different disciplines that kept arriving at the same question from different directions.
